Congratulations and welcome to Monash University Malaysia!
To accept your offer and become a student at Monash, you must complete the following by the lapse date in your offer letter.
- Print, complete and sign the Student Acceptance form and the Pharmacy Declaration Form (only for Pharmacy students)
- Pay your fees. Check out the various payment methods available here.
- If you are accepting the Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine (MD) offer for Monash University Malaysia, you must also complete and submit the Medical Examination Form. Please submit the Medical report and the X-ray film to the Medicine Education Management Office (MEMO) on the day of your orientation.
- Submit the signed Acceptance form, proof of payment, Pharmacy Declaration Form (only for Pharmacy students) and medical examination form (only for MD students) via this Finance Helpdesk portal.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Documentation Audit
As part of the enrolment process at Monash, we will conduct an audit of all academic documents provided by students in support of their Monash application. Monash may contact you to request for your academic documents during your application to study at Monash.
In anticipation of your application being audited, we advise that you have all your original and certified or notarised copies of your supporting academic documents with you when you arrive in Malaysia. (Only documents and qualifications from China require to be notarised).More information about certification and notorisation of documents can be found here.
