It guides you through everything you need to do to get yourself comfortable, right up until Week 4 of your first semester. Arts and Social Sciences

Prior to orientation day, we would like you to read through the information for commencing students' webpage via this link. This is an external link which opens in a new window to familiarize yourself on what is expected in your course.

It is important that you read through each step. Once completed, you will need to enrol yourself in WES and allocate your timetable accordingly.

If you have any questions related to the content of the webpage or your course, you may raise them during the school’s orientation day or you may contact us at mum.sass@monash.edu or via tawk.to between Monday to Friday at 9am to 5pm (GMT+8).

Business

Prior to orientation day, it is important that you read through information for your first semester in School of Business and familiarise yourself with the course structure as well as what can be expected in your course.

Engineering

Prior to the orientation day, we would like you to read through the orientation webpage via this link and familiarise yourself on what is expected in your first year. The orientation webpage consists of the following:

Information Technology

Monash English Bridging

Orientation will begin on 16 August 2021. You can make new friends, get to know your campus, sign up to a student association, join a club and more!

16 August 2021 is also the first day of class. Orientation will run for around 2 hours while normal class will go for another 2 hours.

Documentation Audit

As part of the enrolment process at Monash, we will conduct an audit of all academic documents provided by students in support of their Monash application. Monash may contact you to request for your academic documents provided during your application to study at Monash.

In order to be ready in the event your application is audited, we therefore advise you to have all your original or certified and notarised copies of your supporting academic documents with you when you arrive in Malaysia. (Notarised documents are required only for qualifications from China).

Note that all certified academic documents provided need to be properly certified and notarised (Notarised is only for documents from China). Information about certification of documents can be found here.
