CNZT hosts joint seminar with IMS Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences

CNZT is honoured to co-host a joint seminar on 27th March 2025 with the Institute of Material Sciences (IMS) of Uzbekistan Academy of Sciences. Dr. Tan Lling-Lling, our Advanced Energy Materials (Adv-EM) Theme Leader is the co-host of the online seminar together with Professor O. Parpiev, Director of IMS.

After a brief exchange of introductions, the seminar audience listened to a series of research presentations. Dr. Lutfi Putri, Dr. Joshua Soo and Dr. Chan Ping Yi presented on behalf of CNZT while the IMS team is represented by Dr. Sh. Mamatkulov, Prof. O. Ruzimuradov and Dr. S. Suleymanov. The presentation topics range from new materials for hydrogen technologies to concentrated solar energy systems and received an overall warm reception and interest from the audience.

The seminar concludes with exchanges of interest which may open the door for future research collaboration between both institutes.
