Dr Ng Wen Cai received Malaysian government grant

We are thrilled to announce that Dr Ng Wen Cai from Centre for Net-Zero Technology (CNZT)/Monash Malaysia School of Engineering has successfully secured a prestigious grant from the Ministry of Economy of Malaysia for the project titled “Advancing Malaysia’s Green Hydrogen: Data-Driven Strategies for Circular Economy Integration and Sustainable Implementation.”

With a generous funding allocation of more than RM150,000, this project aims to identify key gaps and areas for improvement, offering data-driven strategies to accelerate the scalability of green hydrogen in Malaysia. In line with the nation's decarbonisation goals and pursuit of a net-zero future, this project is set to make a significant impact on Malaysia’s sustainability efforts. Furthermore, it will lay the firm foundation for shaping future energy policies.
