Master of Pharmaceutical Science

Utilising diverse teaching methods such as case studies, hypothetical scenarios, and laboratory work, the course delves into critical issues and hurdles encountered in the pharmaceutical and associated sectors. Students engage with industry and research mentors to gain insights into the complexities of discovering and advancing new medications.

Hands-on training in analytical techniques, formulation, modelling, and other relevant practices pertinent to contemporary pharmaceutical science is provided. Throughout the course, emphasis is placed on principles of social responsibility, sustainability, and fostering positive impacts.

The program culminates in an extensive placement within an industrial or research setting, integrated with a capstone unit. This placement allows students to consolidate their learning over the duration of the degree, equipping them with a comprehensive portfolio of evidence showcasing their competence in a professional context.
