All TransformED 2026 Learning and Teaching Conference registrations are managed through Eventbrite. Please note that all registration fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD), except for HRD Corp registrations.

- Ticketing fees: Monash University Malaysia will absorb all Eventbrite ticket service fees, so you only pay the flat base registration rate listed above.
- Bank charges and exchange rates: Any additional bank processing fees, international transaction charges, or currency exchange rate fluctuations are the sole responsibility of the registrant.
- e-Invoice (Malaysia): Monash University Malaysia will not issue e-Invoices for any paid registrations made via Eventbrite (credit card, Google Pay, or PayPal).
- Refund requests: Cancellations made on or before 26 October 2026 are eligible for a refund of the base registration rate. Please note that international bank or exchange fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable. Refund requests received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

It's free for Monash staff and students!
Open to all staff and students across Monash campuses. Claim your complimentary registration by selecting the “Monash Staff and Students” option on Eventbrite.
- Secure your seat: You must register using your Monash staff or student email address. Registrations with non-Monash email addresses will be automatically cancelled. Seats are limited.
- Sessional staff: We welcome sessional staff to participate! Provide your personal email address during registration, so we can still reach you during your contract break.
- Academic PDP: Participation in TransformED 2026 counts towards Monash Malaysia academic PDP requirements. Learn more about required hours.
TransformED 2026 Learning and Teaching Conference is an HRD Corp-claimable event.
Funding available for Malaysian participants! You can claim your registration fees and associated travel expenses through your employer's HRD Corp Levy Balance. Check with your institution's HR department to find out more.Registration rates

Note: When 5 or more participants from the same organisation register together as a group, the 6th registrant attends free of charge. For group registrations, please nominate one primary contact or HR Person-in-Charge (PIC) at the time of booking.
Who is eligible
To qualify for the HRD Corp grant, both of the following conditions must be met:
- Employer: Registered with HRD Corp, with an active account and sufficient levy balance.
- Participant: Must be a Malaysian citizen.
