About us
We are a collaborative team that includes a number of experts from Monash University Malaysia, the University of Malaya, Queen’s University Belfast, and the National Cancer Society Malaysia, and we are supported by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Our aim is to educate people across Malaysia about the signs and symptoms of different cancers and to reduce the cancer burden long-term. We encourage everyone to see their doctor straight away if they notice any potential cancer signs or symptoms.
We would like to acknowledge one of our partners, the Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland who shared the BeCAP campaign materials with us to adapt information from previous, successfully run campaigns to suit the Malaysian context.
