Start building your timetable
After you've enrolled the units, you can login to Allocate+ and choose your class times. Login to Allocate+ using your Monash username and password.
Note: Changes in the Web Enrolment System may take up to two hours to appear in Allocate+. This applies to newly enrolled units.
Allocate adjustment
You can begin choosing your activities from 10am, Monday, 5 October 2026. The system works on a first-come, first-served basis during this time.
After logging in, you'll see a list of your units. For each unit, you will see a list of activity (class) types, such as Workshop, Laboratory or Tutorial.
If you see the words Auto allocated, this means that there is only one single time-slot for the activity, so you don't get a choice.
If options are available, then you may choose your class time by clicking on the Allocate button. If the activity you wish to join is full, you have the option of requesting a swap. Refer to Allocate+ adjustment guide for more details.
