To support your success, Student Success Support will be hosting an Academic Writing Workshop specifically for postgraduate students. Whether you are returning to your studies after a break or simply looking for a refresher on the fundamentals of academic writing, this workshop is designed for you.

In this workshop, we will:

  • Practise effective quoting, summarising, and paraphrasing
  • Explore multiple ways to cite and reference in-text
  • Improve word choices and phrasing for academic purposes
  • Discuss how research papers are structured
