The Research Talk Series for 2026 follows with the third research talk, with esteemed speakers Dr. Soo Yeong Ewe and Professor Dr. Pei-Lee Teh (School of Business) presenting an insightful research talk titled "Older Women’s Motivation to use Technology: A Psychological Capability Perspective."

This study draws on interview data from older women in a less developed country to explore the psychological capabilities of older women that drive them to learn and use technology. The findings highlight the importance of psychological capabilities and effective training approaches in education and skill development, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for supporting older women’s digital inclusion.
