Service interruption announcement

There have been intermittent connection outages with the Library electronic books, journals and databases this week. While our Australian colleagues are working urgently with the vendor to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution, staff and students are advised to try some options that may enable them to connect.

We acknowledge system issues do arise in the course of our business and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Providing access to outstanding scholarly resources is a strategic priority of the University and please be assured that every effort is being made to restore full service as soon as possible.
