MUMGRO Helpdesk

We have established a dedicated MUMGRO Helpdesk specifically for all graduate research students and encourage you to direct your enquiries through this helpdesk. Please expect a response within 3 working days.

In-Person Enquiry at the Student Hub

We are pleased to inform you that you can visit the Student Hub, located on Level 1 of Building 3. Our operating hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Lunch break from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Lunch break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.)
  • Friday: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

MUMGRO staff will be available and attend to your walk-in enquiries.

Please note that for complex matters that require further discussions and consultations, MUMGRO may arrange face-to-face or Zoom follow-up meetings, or you may be referred to a relevant School/Unit.
