Policies and Procedures

The Graduate Research Policy Suites contain all critical policies concerning candidature and supervision for doctoral and research master's degrees at Monash University. Upon enrolment, all students agree to be bound by the provisions in these policies and in the statutes and regulations of Monash University.

Monash University Postgraduate Association

Graduate students in Monash University Malaysia have access to the Monash University Postgraduate Association (MUPA), which is the representative body for all research and coursework postgraduates enrolled at Monash University Malaysia. The MUPA provides advocacy as well as social programs for graduate students.

Counselling, Health and Wellness

The Campus's Health and Wellness Centre is open to the students and staff in Monash University Malaysia. It is located at Student Hub, Building 3 Level 1 (3-1-04A) and is open from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

A registered nurse is available at the Centre to provide professional services to students and staff on campus. The nurse will treat minor illness and injury and dispense over-the-counter, one-off medication. First-aid assistance is also available in the event of an emergency.
