Professor Chawalit Ngamcharussrivichai of Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, recently delivered an insightful lecture as an esteemed speaker in the Net-Zero Speaker Series hosted by the Centre for Net-Zero Technology (CNZT) at Monash University Malaysia. His presentation provided the audience with a comprehensive overview of the immense potential of sustainable biotransformative solutions in advancing a more sustainable and circular future.

In his wide-ranging presentation, Professor Chawalit highlighted several of his multidisciplinary and transnational research initiatives, showcasing how collaborative efforts across institutions and borders are driving innovation in sustainability. His work spans sustainable aviation fuel development, biomass valorisation, and advanced catalytic technologies for biochemical production, demonstrating the significant potential of bio-based solutions to address global challenges related to energy security, resource circularity, and decarbonisation.
