SAY NO TO SEAT-HOGGING

Starting 28 July 2025, a new Library initiative will take effect to make study spaces more accessible and fair for all users.

What’s Changing?
To avoid seats being ‘reserved’ for too long with unattended items:

  • Any belongings left unattended for more than 30 minutes will be moved by Library staff.
  • Items will be placed neatly next to the table, making the space available for others to use.

Things to Remember:

  • Always take your belongings with you when stepping away.
  • The Library will not be responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or removed.

Let’s be respectful of shared spaces and create a welcoming environment for all library users. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
