+Lab

Head: Dr Adriana Ortega

+Lab is dedicated to improving workplace well-being in Southeast Asia. The research agenda focuses on the importance of being culturally sensitive and contextually relevant when implementing interventions and policies to support employee well-being and organisational effectiveness in the region. We aim to gather insights that will inform evidence-based practices to create healthier and more productive work environments tailored to the unique cultural dynamics of Southeast Asia.
