This comprehensive framework allows for understanding complex phenomena by examining interactions and processes across various systems and its influence on workplace dynamics, accounting for individual, social, organisational and cultural contexts. By integrating individual experiences with broader organisational structures and sociocultural contexts, our research aims to capture the dynamic nature of employee wellbeing in the workplace, facilitating more nuanced and impactful research results to enhance workplace wellbeing across Southeast Asia.
