• Focus on well-being assessments, and develop and validate comprehensive well-being assessment tools
• Assess existing and develop new objective and subjective measures of well-being
• Study cultural and contextual variations in well-being perceptions
• Collaborate with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers to evaluate mental health interventions, including digital health apps
• Professionally translate well-validated survey instruments from English to local languages for use in the ASEAN region
