South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia - SEACO Receives a Visit from New GPH Academics

On 13 May 2026, the South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, received a visit from Associate Professor Marwa Ramadan, Dr Shashika Bandara, and Dr Neil.

The purpose of the visit was to provide an overview and insight into SEACO’s operations, where a briefing was conducted on SEACO’s functions and its important role in community data collection and analysis in Malaysia. The briefing covered various ongoing research projects, current initiatives, and the social impact generated through efforts to improve community wellbeing in Segamat.

SEACO would like to express its sincere appreciation and gratitude to everyone for the visit. We hope the visit was valuable and that the planned collaborative efforts will bring positive impacts to society, academia, and the global research community.
