The training day began with inspiring speeches by Prof. Elizabeth Jones, Co-director, and Prof. Dato’ Dr. Adeeba Kamarulzaman, PVC and President. The day featured three management sessions focusing on the following key areas:
- Collaborative Team Management, by Prof. Jane Terpstra Tong

These sessions not only provided deep insights but also practical strategies for effective leadership in healthcare settings, emphasising the importance of diversity, analytics, and technological advancement in enhancing operational efficiency and patient care.
The event concluded on a high note with the President of MDHMS, Dr. Muhammad Yusuf Sibert’s reflections on the critical role of ongoing education in healthcare leadership. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring and look forward to continuing our journey to foster a more supportive and effective healthcare environment.
