Personal Effectiveness and Development Training for SEACO Staff

The Personal Effectiveness and Development Training, was held on 24 and 25 October 2017 involving SEACO’s staff. Mr. Yandaro Al Amien Bachtiar was the trainer appointed. Mr. Yandaro graduated from Upper Iowa University, USA with a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information System and Psychology. Some of the main topics highlighted in this two-day training were; Take Initiative, Focus on Goals, Prioritise on What Matters, Be Aware and Motivated, Work as a Team and Focus Out, See the Bigger Picture and the Journey of Continuous Learning. The staff showed great interest in each of the activities, which was creatively planned by Mr. Yandaro, and hopefully the staff can now apply all they have learnt in their daily jobs.
