SurveyCTO as the new mobile data collector

SurveyCTO is the new online/offline mobile data collector that generates questionnaires from paper to electronic format, used for data collection projects at SEACO, Segamat. Before the implementation of SurveyCTO, questionnaires were generated using Open Data Kit (ODK). Training was conducted by the director of SEACO, Prof. Daniel Reidpath with the project leaders of each field operation team. The reason for switching from ODK to SurveyCTO is to improve SEACO’s data collecting system. Some of the features that come with SurveyCTO include the ability to design survey forms, collect data online and offline, monitor incoming data and analyse that data in a quicker and more efficient way.
