19 February 2020, Wednesday - We have an opportunity together to visit the Department of Psychiatry & Mental Health in Hospital Segamat. During this visit, Prof Tin Tin Su; Interim Director of SEACO, with Dr.Min Min Tan; SEACO research fellow, Mrs.Ruhaida Bachok; Field Operation Manager, has a very fruitful meeting with the head of the department, Dr.Radhiatul Akmal Razali. In this visit, we have been introduced to the Supported Employment program which is the rehabilitation psychologist for the psychiatry patient which is proven and recommended by WHO. The objective is to encourage the patient to be more independent and ready to integrate within the community. Looking forward to the next collaboration.
