SEACO & Segamat Medical Precinct (SMP) Invited as Speakers for Research Method 101 Session at Hospital Segamat
On 5 June 2025, SEACO and the Segamat Medical Precinct (SMP) were invited as speakers for a Research Method 101 session organized by the Satellite Clinical Research Centre (CRC), Hospital Segamat, in support of their staff preparing for postgraduate studies in Public Health. A total of 23 participants attended the workshop
The session was led by:

- Dr. Mohd Azrizan Bin Bakir
- Dr. Siti Maisarah Binti Mattap
Participants were exposed to essential research topics, including:
- Basics of Health Research & Good Clinical Practice
- Ethics and MREC Application
- Group Activities: Proposal Presentation and Defence
- Roundtable Discussion: Poster Presentation 101
Dr. Faidzal Adlee Bin Abdul Ghafar, Director of Hospital Segamat, was present to extend his warm greetings and deliver the welcoming remarks at the opening of the session.
