South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, K. MINDSET Community Wellness Program – Segamat District Level

South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, participated in the K. MINDSET Community Wellness Program (Komuniti Minda Sejahtera) at the Segamat District level, held on 30 September 2025 at Walters Farm, Segamat.

The program was organized by the Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) Control Unit, Segamat District Health Office, focusing on strengthening mental health awareness, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing among the local community.

SEACO contributed to the event through an interactive exhibition, educational games, and engaging activities, complemented by exciting gifts and prizes for participants.

SEACO extends its sincere appreciation to the organizers and all participants who made this program meaningful and impactful. Continuous collaboration such as this plays an important role in empowering community health and wellbeing.
