South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, World Diabetes Day Johor State Celebration 2025

South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, participated in the World Diabetes Day Johor State Celebration 2025, which was held on 1 November 2025 at Dataran Taman Rekreasi Tasik Segamat.

The World Diabetes Day Johor State Celebration 2025, organised by the Segamat District Health Office (PKD), received an overwhelming and highly encouraging response from the local community. SEACO, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, is honoured to be one of the invited agencies collaborating to support this meaningful state-level celebration.

The programme was officiated by Dr Hj Mohtar Bin Pungut @ Hj Ahmad, the Johor State Health Director.

Throughout the programme, SEACO, Monash University Malaysia, conducted an exhibition and organised various interactive games with attractive prizes for visitors who attended the event.

SEACO extends its heartfelt appreciation to the Segamat District Health Office (PKD) for the kind invitation to participate in this programme. We look forward to further strengthening this collaboration in the future.
