Visit of the South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, with the Community Engagement Committee (CEC) Members in Celebration of Chinese New Year 2025

In February 2025, the South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, hosted a special visit with the members of the SEACO Community Engagement Committee (CEC) in celebration of the Chinese New Year 2025.

The purpose of this visit was to warmly greet and present small tokens of appreciation in honor of the Chinese New Year festivities, fostering closer ties and expressing gratitude to the dedicated members of the community.

A total of 12 members of the SEACO Community Engagement Committee (CEC), along with 2 community members who made significant contributions to the Cause of Death Study (Verbal Autopsy) Project, were celebrated in the areas of Sungai Segamat, Bekok, and Chaah in Segamat.

SEACO, School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, would like to extend our heartfelt wishes for a Happy Chinese New Year 2025!
