South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), Pusat Pengajian Perubatan dan Sains Kesihatan, Monash University Malaysia - Professional Staff Team Building Program 2026

The School of Medicine and Health Sciences (SOM), Monash University Malaysia, successfully organised the Professional Staff Team Building Program 2026 from 5 to 6 June 2026. This School-wide initiative brought together professional staff from various campuses and units to strengthen working relationships, foster a shared service culture, and build resilience in an ever-evolving work environment.

Facilitated by an HRDC-certified external trainer, the program provided participants with opportunities to build professional networks, strengthen teamwork, share experiences, and gain new perspectives through a range of engaging and meaningful team-building activities. The program also focused on enhancing cross-unit collaboration, effective communication, and the development of a positive and supportive workplace culture.

It is hoped that this initiative will further strengthen collaboration among staff, enhance organisational cohesion, and contribute towards building a more connected, resilient, and high-performing professional community in support of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia.
