MPOB Stakeholder Engagement Session: Discussion with Stakeholder Representatives to Assess Project Impact and Support

On 18 June 2026, the South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, conducted a stakeholder engagement session with the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB).

The session aimed to gather feedback from stakeholder representatives on the potential impacts of the proposed project and the level of support prior to its implementation. Discussions also focused on the project's initial planning, scope, and stakeholder involvement to ensure its smooth and effective implementation.

SEACO extends its sincere appreciation to the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) and all stakeholder representatives for their valuable cooperation and commitment throughout the engagement session. It is hoped that this collaborative discussion will further strengthen partnerships and support the successful implementation of the project in the future.
