South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia – Disease Awareness Campaign

South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO), School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Monash University Malaysia, took part in the Disease Awareness Campaign held on 18 July 2025 at the Kg Abdullah Community Centre (Pusat KRT Kampung Abdullah).

The program was jointly organized by Jiran Wanita KRT Kampung Abdullah and the Segamat District Health Clinic, with the support of YB Yuneswaran, Member of Parliament for Segamat. The main objective of this initiative was to raise public awareness of health issues through a community-friendly approach.

SEACO contributed to the program by conducting a variety of interactive and educational games, accompanied by attractive prizes to encourage active participation from the local residents.

SEACO extends its sincere appreciation to the organizers and all parties involved in making this event a success. Collaborative efforts like this are highly valued in strengthening the health and well-being of the community.
