Welcome to Fledge Clinical Psychology and Counselling Centre, a teaching and research clinic affiliated with Monash University Malaysia.
Our services are delivered by postgraduate trainee counsellors and trainee clinical psychologists completing their advanced clinical degrees at Monash University Malaysia. Every trainee operates under the direct, rigorous supervision of senior, fully registered professional psychologists and counsellors from Monash University.
This collaborative team approach ensures that you receive exceptionally thorough, up-to-date, and deeply considered care at an accessible community rate.
Our scope of service ranges from individual therapy/counselling and group therapy to psychological and career assessments. Please view below for more information on our services.
We provide a supportive, confidential space to navigate interpersonal problems, life transitions, obstacles to growth and flourishing, and daily stressors. Our trainees listen attentively, and support clients explore their concerns, build self-awareness, and develop personal growth strategies.
Our trainees work closely with both the child and their parents/caregivers to build emotional regulation, resilience, and behavioral strategies.
Our group therapy programs offer a powerful, community-minded environment for dialogue, skill building, and growth. Groups run on a scheduled basis and focus on shared experiences, offering an affordable and highly supportive avenue for growth.
Our family therapy sessions provide a supportive space to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and help families navigate emotional, behavioural, and life challenges together.
Navigating career transitions or educational paths can be daunting. Our career assessments utilize a combination of psychological inventories with semi-structured interviews to help individuals understand their strengths, interests, and values to add clarity to potential pathways.
Our assessments provide a detailed evaluation of the developmental, cognitive, and emotional functioning, to identify strategies that individuals can use to help them thrive.
Our assessments provide comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, and developmental functioning to support the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and Specific Learning Disorder, while identifying strengths and strategies to help support the child.
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8.30 am – 6.00 pm. Do make an appointment with us before you come.
