Senior School Manager
Eugene Tan Sze Sang serves as the Senior School Manager of the Jeffrey Cheah School of Medicine and Health Sciences, overseeing professional teams at the Main Campus, Bandar Sunway, Clinical School Johor Bahru (CSJB), and the Segamat Medical Precinct. He provides strategic leadership in the areas of resource planning, operational management,engagement and policy execution, supporting the School’s mission in delivering excellence education, research, and engagement.

Operation Management Office (OMO)
The Operations Management Office (OMO) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the school. Its key functions include resource allocation, operational planning, financial management, and research administration. The office also plays a vital role in technology management and external engagement, ensuring efficient support for the school’s strategic objectives.

The Global Population Health Department is responsible for producing trusted, independent, and practical evidence to address systemic health gaps across Malaysia, the region, and the world. The department oversees research, policy engagement, and education initiatives aimed at co-creating healthier, fairer societies and equipping the next generation of health leaders to drive multi-sectoral policy shifts. The department serves as the institutional home for the South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO). The South East Asia Community Observatory (SEACO) is a research platform across Monash networks based in Segamat. Operating on a Health and Demographic Surveillance System (HDSS) established in 2011 through international collaboration, its core purpose is to generate a deeper understanding of how the determinants of health and wellbeing in the community change over time. SEACO plays a key role in supporting evidence-based research that contributes toward improving the quality of life for individuals and families in the Segamat district.
