PPHA 2025 Conference – A premier gathering advancing precision public health in Asia, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and researchers to drive sustainable, data-driven healthcare solutions under the theme "Precise, Proactive, and Personalised."
1st International Conference on Food As Medicine (ICFAM 2026)
The 1st International Conference on Food as Medicine (ICFAM 2026), organised by the Food as Medicine (FAM) Research Strength, Monash University Malaysia, provides a platform for researchers from around the world to share the latest advancements in their scientific work. The conference aims to highlight the critical role of food in health by showcasing cutting-edge research on how diet and specific foods can help prevent, manage, and even treat chronic diseases. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-based approaches to using food as a therapeutic tool. We aim to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, nutritionists, dietitians, stakeholders, and policymakers to exchange knowledge on how food can complement or serve as an alternative to conventional medical treatments. We warmly invite you to take this opportunity to join the two-day conference and post-conference workshop at our Sunway campus. We look forward to welcoming you!
The conference explores the concept of learning as a dynamic continuum—an ongoing process of engagement, reflection, and transformation that extends beyond traditional classroom boundaries. Within health professions education, effective learning is not confined to knowledge acquisition but emerges through authentic, practice-based experiences that shape professional identity and capability. By engaging learners as active participants in their own development, educators can cultivate environments that promote critical reflection, adaptive expertise, and integrative understanding. The conference aims to engage participants in a discourse on strategies for designing and facilitating learning experiences that bridge the gap between knowing and doing. It invites participants to reconsider how engagement can drive transformation—supporting learners not only to perform competently but also to become reflective, compassionate practitioners committed to continuous growth.
The 14th CSJB Research Week 2026, organised by the Clinical School Johor Bahru, Monash University Malaysia, provides a platform for medical students to showcase their scholarly work, research, and innovative projects. The event highlights contributions across research, education, and professional practice through poster and oral presentations, while fostering collaboration, critical thinking, and academic excellence in healthcare and medical education.
