Registration fees and return policy

The fee below is applicable for pre-conference workshops, in-conference workshops, and the main conference.

All pre-conference and in-conference workshops run concurrently on Day 1 and Day 3 respectively. There are 4 pre-conference and 3 in-conference workshops for selection. If only attending the workshops without the main conference, the fee per workshop is:

Workshop capacity is limited, on a first, come basis. Seats are ONLY confirmed AFTER payment is received

Refund policy

The request for a refund of the registration fee must be made in writing (email to the organizing committee) before 31st January 2023.

Only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
