Email (Google Mail)

Monash University uses Google as the email service provider. Each user is given 100 GB of storage space. You may check your quota HERE

Email attachment size

The maximum email size allowed to be sent through is 25 MB which includes text messages, attachments and message metadata. Therefore it is recommended that attachments do not exceed 18MB size limit to ensure the entire email message is sent. It is advisable to zip the attachments where possible.

Collaboration tools (Google Apps)

Google Apps provides additional ways of sharing and collaborating using tools such as Google+, YouTube, Blogger, Analytics and Maps. If you are not able to use the services, you need to opt into the Goole Apps.
