IP Phone Services
About
Currently, there are two types of telephony services deployed in Monash University Malaysia i.e. analog phone system and IP phone system.
IT Services provide the IP telephony service and Facilities Management provide the analog phone service. IT Services is looking into upgrading the telephony system to a full IP phone by next year, 2018.
Should there be any problem with the telephony services in campus, please contact the respective team.
