Voicemail is a feature with new telephone systems. It is a voice message that a caller leaves when the person called is absent or is taken up with another conversation.
When a new voicemail is received, the system will automatically send a notification of new voicemail to your email together with recorded voice message.
You can listen or delete the voicemail using your IP phone.

Voicemail Web Inbox is an online application that allows users to manage voice messages from a web interface. This interface is accessible only within the campus.This function is applicable for Yealink IP Phone & Cisco IP Phone user.

Cisco Unified Self Care Portal
Cisco Unified Self Care Portal can be used to manage your Cisco IP phone settings, such as speed dial numbers, call forwarding and phone contacts from a web interface. This interface is accessible only within the campus and this function is only applicable for Cisco IP Phone user.
