Education Management Office (EMO)

The Education Management Office (EMO) oversees the teaching and learning activities of the School's coursework programs, ensuring that these programs adhere to the requirements of university and professional accreditation bodies. The EMO is also responsible for supporting coursework students at key stages of their study journey and provides professional support in two areas: Student Services and Education Services.

Student Services - Student Experience

Student Experience provides comprehensive student-facing services across the entire student lifecycle, including admission support, selection, credit assessment, scholarships, enrolment, academic progress monitoring, grievances, course completion, and course transfers. The portfolio also oversees exam script viewing, the Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) program, the Student-Staff Liaison Committee (SSLC), and internship unit support.

Education Services

Education Services supports the School’s academic mission through course and unit administration, assessment management, new course development, and academic governance. The team also coordinates education events, ensures policy compliance, and provides essential support to strengthen teaching quality and academic excellence.

External Engagement and Impact Office (E&I)

The External Engagement and Impact Office (E&I) oversees the School’s external engagement efforts through events and activities featuring industry partners, executive education programs and entrepreneurship programs. This includes coordinating relationship-building events related to alumni communities, industry engagement and professional partnerships, as well as managing the School’s executive engagement and entrepreneurship programs. E&I also manages communication and social media efforts for the School.

Operations Management Office (OMO)

The Operations Management Office (OMO) is responsible for the overall administration of the School with a primary focus on effectively managing financial, human, physical and technological resources. The OMO also oversees occupational health and safety developments including workplace inspections and incident reporting.
