The School of Business has established three research clusters to encourage collaboration amongst researchers. These interdisciplinary groups of academics tackle real-world problems together, using research and data-driven insights to identify practical and innovative solutions for the betterment of society.

Fintech Impact Lab

We bridge academia and industry through applied research, engagement, and policymaking in financial technology. Supported by the Schools of Business and IT in Australia and Malaysia, the Lab brings together researchers, students, and industry partners.

Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies-Malaysia Hub

In partnership with the Legal Affairs Division of the Prime Minister’s Department, CLARS-MH leads the national initiative to review and reform the Contracts Act 1950 and continues to advance law reform, legal research, and policy innovation across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
