Understanding WES & Allocate+

📘 WES (Web Enrolment System)

Unit enrolment is completed through WES (Web Enrolment System) , where you enrol in the units you intend to study for your upcoming semester.

📅 Allocate+

Timetable allocation is completed through Allocate+ , where you select your preferred classes, such as tutorials, seminars and workshops, for the units you have enrolled in.

⚠️ Important

You must complete your enrolment in WES before you can allocate classes in Allocate+.

🌏 International Students

Before accessing WES, complete your International Student Pass (ISP) and medical screening. WES access is generally available within 24 hours after these requirements have been fulfilled.

Complete your enrolment as early as possible to maximise your chances of obtaining your preferred class times.
