Alumni Consulting Circle
The Alumni Consulting Circle (ACC) connects Monash Business alumni with nonprofits and social enterprises to help solve pressing challenges and strengthen organisational effectiveness. Through project-based, pro bono consulting, alumni contribute their skills in strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and more — creating meaningful, community-focused impact.
ACC aims to deliver high-value insights and solutions to mission-driven organisations, while offering alumni the opportunity to grow professionally, expand their networks, and give back in purposeful ways.
What We Do
Our alumni consultants partner with nonprofits to tackle challenges such as:
- Strategy and growth planning
- Financial analysis and revenue models
- Operational efficiency
- Brand positioning and stakeholder engagement
- Program impact measurement
How It Works
ACC offers a Fast Track Project model — a focused, flexible engagement designed for maximum impact within a 3-month timeframe.
Fast Track Project
- Scope: A well-defined challenge requiring strategic insight or targeted solutions
- Team Size: 2–3 alumni consultants
- Duration: ~3 months
- Volunteer Commitment: ~25–30 hours total per consultant
- Delivery: Hybrid or remote engagement, including check-ins, working sessions, and final presentation
Each project is supported by the ACC coordination team to ensure clarity, structure, and impact throughout the engagement.

Each project runs approximately 8–10 weeks, with flexible scheduling based on team and partner availability.
