Competency Framework
The School of Business Competency Framework identifies the key competencies — transferable skills, knowledge, and attributes vital to any business career — that all our students will develop as part of their studies.
These competencies reflect the Monash Graduate Attributes, the Vision & Mission, the discipline learning standards, and feedback from employers and the business community.

Our Assurance of Learning process monitors where these competencies are developed and assessed in each course, measures student attainment of the competencies, and informs continuous improvement of the curriculum.
