As you have just completed your enrollment, please allow at least a few hours for it to be reflected in the system (Allocate+). However, if it is still not reflected after 24 hours, please reach out to us via AskMira by selecting ‘timetable and class attendance’.

During Orientation Week and Week 1, the School works closely with the timetable department to add seats to classes due to unexpected surges in enrollment. Please monitor your timetable closely on a regular basis, and allocate your slot once seats become available.
If your classes are still not available during Week 2, please contact us via AskMira by selecting ‘timetable and class attendance’.
Please note that your lecture class may most likely be pre-recorded and you may find more information on the details in Moodle.
If the class ‘CLASHES’ with other units and it’s your elective unit, please give priority to your core units by replacing the elective with another unit that does not clash with your core units.
*Note: If the only tutorial class with seats available clashes with other classes and the only ones you can attend are full, do contact the lecturer/tutor to seek permission and provide a screenshot of the timetable issue for their reference. In the email, please request that the lecturer/tutor grants you permission to be allocated into the ‘full’ class and share the confirmation email to AskMira by selecting ‘timetable and class attendance’.
No, this will not be possible as it is on a first come first serve basis. However, you may click on the ‘♡’ icon next to your preferred class and if there is an available slot, you will be swapped automatically but it is subject to availability.
Note: If you wish to maintain your current class, please be reminded to unclick the ‘♡’ icon as it will automatically take effect once there is an availability and once it is swapped, you will need to follow your new timetable.
If you recently changed your units via WES, please allow at least 24 to 48 hours for the system to get updated. During this period you won’t be able to access Moodle. However, if you still do not see the unit Moodle site in your dashboard beyond the period stated above, then please contact the respective lecturers/tutors of the unit for further assistance. You can look for the contact details in the Monash Handbook.
Please search for your units by clicking on "All units" in the middle right and putting in the unit code in the search bar to find the unit details. Upon searching, please ensure that you refer to the latest semester offering.
If you change your enrollment via WES recently, please allow up to at least 48-72 hours for the new unit to appear in Moodle.
