A total of 8 units (48 credit points) need to be enrolled for Semester 1 and Semester 2 of the following year. For students in the final year/semester, the total units to enrol depends on the number of units left to complete the required credit points for your graduation.
Please refer to the Monash Principal Dates for more information.
Follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process:
Yes, students may change their enrollment in WES after the re-enrollment period and before the semester begins as long as you have re-enrolled for the next year. However, it is advisable to immediately enrol during the re-enrollment period to avoid the late penalty fee.
Students are highly advised to read through the course planning instruction guides to attempt planning their course map. Once you have completed planning the full course map according to the Handbook requirements, you may arrange a zoom meeting with the SASS Course Advisor via AskMira and the session will be limited to 15 minutes per student.
Please be reminded to send a copy of your full course map to the SASS Course Advisor at least 24 hours prior to the zoom meeting. Please note that you will be required to use the SASS course map template in this link and SASS will not accept any DIY course map or MonPlan.
Please reach out to SASS EMO via AskMira by selecting the help topic ‘enrollment & re-enrollment’ and attach a screenshot of your error message for further assistance.
No, you will not be required to pay the late re-enrollment penalty fee but please fill in the enrolment amendment form for further assistance and kindly notify us via the ‘communication log’ should there be any reason.
Please note that the late re-enrolment fee is for the students who did not complete their enrolment on time during the re-enrolment period.
As the re-enrollment for the summer/winter unit is manually processed by EMO due to the application process, please select a random unit in place of the summer/winter unit to complete your enrollment within the deadline for Semester 1 and Semester 2 (with four units per semester).
Once your submission has been successfully completed, please fill in the enrolment amendment form (for domestic students) or underloading form (international students) to discontinue the one unit accordingly and kindly attach a copy of your latest course map for further clarification.
Upon completing your re-enrollment via WES, please ensure that you have added a total of four units per semester in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
If the error persists, please submit a screenshot of your error message together with the units shown via AskMira by selecting the help topic ‘enrolment & re-enrolment’ for further assistance.
