Due to the limited number of unit offering lists in October intake, kindly be informed that all credit exemption students are advised to apply for the next intake in Semester 1 (February) or Semester 2 (July).
The internal course transfer form is to be used by all students who are currently enrolled at Monash University Malaysia and who wish to transfer to another School/Course within Monash University Malaysia only.

However, please note that you may lodge your ICT application (SORS) earlier before the results release date to allow the Education Management Office (Arts) to prepare your application as they will be required to work on a tight turnaround time and to avoid any delay in your outcome.
Your overall final result will be taken into account to determine whether you qualify for admission into the undergraduate course.
If successful, you‘ll receive an offer letter together with a credit letter (if any) via email but if your course transfer has been rejected by the School, you'll be notified of the outcome via email. So, please check your Monash email on a regular basis and you will be notified of the outcome by the MUM Admission Office.
