No, EMO does not send out emails or notification about your course completion. However, you may cross check your status in WES after the results release date.
After your final semester results are released, the School will need to verify that you have completed all the course requirements before formally marking you as course 'Completed' on your WES record.
Once your course status has been changed on WES, you can apply to request for the course completion letter, transcript and certificate through the Student Services Department via this link.
You must notify the Graduation Department up to 30 days before your graduation round begins. To defer your graduation to a later round, log into the Web Enrolment System (WES) and click View/Update graduation application or visit the link for more information.
