Specific Unit Enrolment

Engineering Specialization

  • You are required to add your engineering specialization (must be the same as your offer letter) before the commencement of your studies in Year 2.
  • Log into WES and add it under Area of Study.

IMPORTANT:

The following are separate programmes at Monash Malaysia. Please ensure your programme offer and acceptance letter, as well as your student visa (for international students), state the same programme name.
- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Robotics and Mechatronics Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Software Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Materials Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Honours)

If you wish to change your specialisation, you are required to officially submit the SORS Internal Course Transfer form, accept the new offer letter, and *apply for a new international student pass (for international students).

Engineering Minor

  • If your specialization permits, you can add an engineering minor once you have achieved 36 points of study.
  • For information on minor units, please refer  BE(Hons) – Minors and electives - Malaysia.
  • Log into WES and add it under Area of Study.


NOTE

If you do not re-enroll during the re-enrollment period, you will be:

  • barred from accessing WES (Web Enrolment System)
  • charged a late re-enrolment fee (if you are allowed later to re-enrol)
  • at risk of losing your place in your course
