Hackathon 2019Monash Hackathon 2019 was successfully organised from 29 to 30 November 2019. The Hackathon event was held at The Hive. The opening and closing ceremonies took place at Plenary Theatre, Monash University Malaysia. It was organised by students from the Schools of Engineering and IT in collaboration with Mobius Digital Systems Sdn Bhd. |
Mechatronics Engineering student wins second runner up in the 2019 IEEE Malaysia Best Final Year Project CompetitionCongratulations to Mechatronics Engineering student, Srivardhini Veeraragavan for winning second-runner up in the 2019 IEEE Malaysia Best Final Year Project Competition! She won 3rd placing in (1) Recent Trends in Computational Intelligence and (2) Rehabilitation & Biomedical Engineering for her project “Parkinson's Disease Diagnosis and Severity Assessment using Machine Learning” supervised by Dr. Alpha Agape Gopalai. |

![]() Anugerah Olahragawan MASISWA 2018Our Mechatronics Engineering student, Yong Jin Kun, has been awarded Sportsman of The Year 2018 by MASISWA in recognition of his sports achievements (Taekwondo Poomsae) among 80 private universities in Malaysia. Recently, he won Gold medal in the Mixed Pairs event and Silver Medal in Men's Team event of the 14th Asean Taekwondo Federation Championship held in Manila, Philippines. We are proud of Jin Kun and we hope to see him obtain more awards and medals in the future! Congratulations! |
