ECSE promotes Scientific Research Nanodevices

The Nanodevices and MEMs Fabrication laboratory in ECSE led by Dr. Ramakrishnan Narayanan visited the Melbourne Center of Nanofabrication (MCN) in December 2013.

Together with other scientists in MCN, Mr. Tridib Saha, a PhD candidate supervised by Dr. Narayanan, fabricated new 130MHz Surface Acoustic Wave devices on lithium niobate wafers as a first step towards developing a state-of-art biosensor for medical applications.
