Abstract

We kindly request that all abstracts be submitted in accordance with the following instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient review process.

Abstract submission (for poster presentation) is open until 22 September 2025.

Submission methods

1. Google Form:

Submit your completed Abstract Template through the designated Google Form. No additional submission form is required for this method

2. Email:

If you are unable to access the Google Form, please email both the completed Abstract Template and Submission Form to eepm2025@monash.edu.

Please use the following subject for your email: “Abstract submission for EEPM5 - [Your Name] (Oral/Poster)”

File submission guidelines

All files must be uploaded/attached in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Please ensure the file name includes the presenting author’s last name followed by an underscore and their initial(s). For example, if the presenting author’s name is CHONG Wei Kean, the files should be saved as: CHONG_WK.docx

Review

The submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the organizing and scientific committees. The review criteria are based on the scopes of symposium, quality and depth of the scientific results, methodology, clarity as well as the impact. Authors will be notified of the outcome within 2 weeks. Accepted abstracts will be provided to the participants as an e-proceedings at the start of the conference.
